Triton were contracted by the Cape Town office of
SMIT INTERNATIONAL to design a third bunker barge, this time being
a double skin design to meet current MARPOL legislation. The bunker
barge has a capacity of .......
She was constructed by DORMAC in Durban during the
course of 2007, and was launched on the 29th Nov 2007, to commence
service in early 2008.
All aspects of the barge design were performed by
Triton, The electrical design, was once again performed by Raubicon
in partnership with Triton.
